The Beginning
A Name Forged in Darkness
Aethernox takes its name from two ancient words — aether, the luminous upper sky, and nox, the Latin word for night. It is the space between. The threshold. The moment before dawn when the world holds its breath.
We founded Aethernox on a single conviction: that California's finest fruit deserves winemaking that matches its ambition. No shortcuts. No apologies. Every bottle is a statement about what wine can be when the people making it refuse to settle.

Each Aethernox wine carries the mark of a guardian spirit — a force of nature that defines its character. Wolf and Dragonfly are the first to emerge. Four more are taking shape in the cellar: Lion, Owl, Panther, Stag, and Raven. Each will arrive when it is ready.
